AI Service Advisor

Most customers under-buy because they do not know what to pick.

They land on a catalog of twenty services and choose the cheapest thing they recognise. Let them describe the listing instead, and show them three options that actually fit — best value first.

Every price comes from your own sq.ft pricing — the model never sees a number it could get wrong.

How it works

  1. 1

    One sentence about the property

No forms, no filters. "Renovated 4-bed with a big garden, listing next week" is enough for the advisor to understand what the listing needs.

  2. 2

Only what you sell, at their square footage

Candidates come from that order form’s own catalog, priced at the customer’s sq.ft. Anything not sellable at that size is filtered out before the AI sees it.

  3. 3

    Three options, ascending value

Best fit first, then two with more added value. Each is a single package or service — never a loose bundle, which would quietly shrink which photographers can take the job.

  4. 4

    Straight into your normal flow

Picking one uses the same card, the same button and the same pricing as browsing by hand. Add-ons follow, then scheduling, exactly as they do today.

What it will not do

The limits matter more than the features. Each of these is enforced in code, not asked for politely in a prompt.

The AI never sees a price

It returns an id, nothing more. Every figure on screen is calculated by your own pricing engine from your own tiers — so a recommendation cannot be wrong about money.

It cannot recommend what you do not offer

Candidates are built from that specific order form. A package you have not attached to it is not in the list at all, so it cannot be suggested by accident.

Off-topic input is refused, not guessed

Ask it a general question and it says it cannot help rather than improvising. The customer simply sees your normal catalog.

Skipping is always one click away

"No — let me see all your services and packages" sits under every screen. Nobody is ever trapped in the flow.

What changes for you

  • Higher average order value at the moment of intent
  • Fewer abandoned carts from choice paralysis
  • Customers who buy the right thing the first time
  • No pricing maintenance — it reads your existing catalog

Switch it on and see.

Every AI feature is off by default and takes one toggle to enable — on a single order form, or a single delivery page, before you roll it out anywhere else.
