Selected flow

Sign-in & identity

A role-specific portal request passes through Cloudflare and the regional application layer before the authentication service verifies the account and the primary Database Server returns the appropriate application scope.

  1. A tenant admin, client, staff member or outsourced vendor begins sign-in from the appropriate portal.
  2. Cloudflare security and SSL/TLS protect the request and tenant custom domain.
  3. One of six EC2 application servers handles the request in Canada, the United States, London or Sydney.
  4. The authentication service confirms the account and the primary Database Server supplies the approved application scope.
  5. A scoped session returns through the protected path to the correct portal.

Role-specific workspaces

Four portals. One connected operating system.

The tenant admin, client, staff and outsourced vendor team portals each run as a separate application node on every one of the six regional application servers.

RealView Hub tunes and trains its models and runs them on NVIDIA GPU infrastructure. Workloads are organized by purpose instead of passing every job through one general model.

Maps and location

Google Cloud supports distance, map and geocoding services. Mapbox powers client-facing maps.

Communication and commerce

Amazon SES supports platform and tenant white-label email. Stripe processes tenant invoices paid by clients.

Operational visibility

Sentry reports application and serverless errors so the team can investigate failures across the workflow.

Where does the RealView Hub application run?

RealView Hub operates six AWS EC2 application servers: one in Canada, three in the United States, one in London and one in Sydney. Each server runs the tenant admin, client, staff and outsourced vendor team portals.

How are identity and application data handled?

A dedicated authentication service handles sign-in. Three Database Servers handle application data: a primary Database Server for operational records, vector data and embeddings, plus redundant Database Servers in Canada and the United States.

Where is customer media stored and delivered?

AWS S3 is the primary media store. Media is backed up daily to Backblaze, while Bunny.net supports video streaming, transcoding and content delivery.

How does RealView Hub run its AI features?

RealView Hub uses models it tunes and trains on NVIDIA GPU infrastructure. Image, text, operations-assistant and market-growth workloads are separated by purpose.

What role does Stripe play?

Stripe processes invoice payments made by a tenant’s clients. RealView Hub does not publish payment credentials or internal payment endpoints on this page.
